There are many reasons for
moving to Van Zandt County. The Primary reason is the Quality
of Life. See population statistics and comparisons on the
"Our
Towns" page for why lower
growth rate and lower population density can spell Better Quality of Life for you
and your
Family. The "Our
Towns" Page also has links to
individual towns and communities in Van
Zandt County, and information on the Excellent schools we have.
Another reason to move is Quality
of the Investment. For the cost of a city lot in the one of the
Suburbs, you can buy 10-20* acres for your home in Van Zandt County. Land price
varies based
on the number of acres purchased, location, accessibility, and type of land (pasture,
trees, ponds, etc.).
An even better investment can be a preowned County Home on Acreage, built at a time when
construction and land were even less expensive. Those properties may include many
enhancements
including landscaping, accessory buildings, and ponds. If you are interested in the
long term investment
potential of Van Zandt County, check out the
"Penturbia"
Page
on this site.
Penturbia"
refers to the counties all across America expected to experience increased property
values in the next 20 years, due to the 5th Population Migration. The 4th migration
was to the Suburbs,
the 5th is to the "Penturbs". To find out more about this fascinating
study and books and why Van Zandt
County is a premier Penturban County, check out the
"Penturbia"
Page on this site.
